        More Information:

        Claudia is a 4th-generation coffee producer. Her family has owned El Paraiso farm since the 1800s. The farm is Cafe Practices Certified, with a doctor visiting quarterly to provide free medical care for workers. They also host an annual Christmas party for workers children and the local community. The coffee is floated to remove unripe fruit, then dried for 9-11 days on raised, shaded beds.
