The Wuri washing statio, is known for meticulous processing—washed coffees dry for 12–15 days, while Naturals take 18–21 days with careful turning and sun protection. Since Ethiopia’s 2017 reforms allowed direct exports, Wuri has been able to offer full traceability to buyers.
Wuri’s coffees are celebrated for their vibrant profiles: washed lots bring rose, jasmine, honeydew, guava, ginger, and grapefruit, while Naturals offer jammy blackberry, dark plum, and ripe cherry.
